Privacy Policy
This notice explains how Leiomano LLC, operating as Leiomano Intelligence Group (“Leiomano”), handles information in connection with its website, Discovery engagements, demonstrations, and configured business communication services.
1. Information covered
You may provide names, business contact details, inquiries, discovery answers, documents, appointment details, and support correspondence. Depending on the service you use, records may also include call audio, transcripts, messages, interaction summaries, and communication preferences. Please avoid submitting passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive personal records through general inquiries or demonstrations.
2. Why information is processed
Information supports responding to requests, preparing demonstrations, conducting Discovery, producing intelligence deliverables, administering agreed services, coordinating appointments, and resolving support or security issues. The information needed depends on the engagement. An AI-enabled interaction may process your input to generate a response or a summary.
3. Business clients and their contacts
When Leiomano operates a workflow for a client, that business determines the purpose of the workflow and the contacts it supplies. Its privacy notice and our service agreement also apply. Contact that business first about its customer or candidate records; you may contact Leiomano for help routing a request. Client instructions do not authorize unrelated use of those records.
4. AI conversations and recordings
Voice and chat capabilities depend on the selected configuration. Where recording or transcription is enabled, the interaction should identify the relevant practice and obtain any required permission before recording. You may ask for a human or contact us by email. Automated responses can be inaccurate; avoid relying on them for urgent or consequential decisions.
5. Providers and disclosures
Configured services may use Thinkrr for voice AI and HighLevel for CRM and communications, alongside hosting, telephony, email, and other necessary service providers. Information is disclosed as needed for the relevant workflow, at your direction, or for legitimate legal and security purposes. Provider processing is subject to applicable agreements and policies. Ask us which providers apply to your engagement.
6. Communication choices
A website visit or demo request does not by itself authorize marketing calls or texts. Where you enroll in a messaging program, its enrollment notice describes the purpose and frequency. Reply STOP to opt out of texts and HELP for help, or email us. Use an email’s unsubscribe option for marketing email. Service-related correspondence may still be necessary. Mobile opt-in information and messaging consent are not sold or shared for another party’s marketing; communication providers may process them to deliver and administer the program.
7. Website technology
The current public website has no added advertising pixels, third-party analytics scripts, or embedded lead forms. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request information such as IP address, browser details, and access times. Client portals and external services may use cookies for authentication or functionality and provide their own notices. Browser controls can restrict cookies, which may affect sign-in.
8. Retention, security, and location
Retention depends on the purpose, client agreement, service configuration, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us about a particular record or deletion request. Internet services cannot guarantee absolute security. Providers may process information in the United States or other countries; contact us for engagement-specific details.
9. Requests and updates
You may request access, correction, deletion, or information about processing, and exercise other rights available under applicable law. We may need to verify identity and coordinate with the responsible client. Some records may need to be retained for legal reasons. These business services are not directed to children under 13. Contact us if a child’s information was submitted. Material practice changes will be reflected in an updated notice and additional notification where required.
