Terms and Conditions
These terms describe use of the Leiomano Intelligence Group website and related demonstrations and services offered by Leiomano LLC (“Leiomano”). Paid engagements require an agreed scope and commercial terms.
1. Scope and agreements
The website introduces business intelligence, Discovery, and operational services. A demonstration illustrates a possible workflow; it does not activate a client deployment or establish a service commitment. A signed agreement or accepted order governs the purchased scope, fees, usage charges, renewal, cancellation, refunds, support, and deliverables. If that agreement conflicts with these general terms, the specific agreement controls.
2. Authorized use
Use our services only with authority to act for your organization and to supply the relevant information. Protect account access and promptly report suspected misuse. Do not use the services for fraud, harassment, impersonation, unlawful discrimination, unauthorized access, or infringement of another person’s rights. Do not submit confidential information belonging to others without authorization.
3. Discovery and business decisions
Discovery findings depend on the evidence available and may identify unresolved questions. Recommendations support human decisions. They are not guarantees of revenue, placements, appointments, savings, or a particular implementation result. Illustrations, timelines, and economic scenarios require engagement-specific validation. Website content does not create an attorney-client relationship or provide individualized legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice.
4. AI and human oversight
AI-generated speech, text, summaries, and classifications may contain errors. Clients must validate their approved knowledge, questions, routing, calendars, and escalation paths before production use. Qualified people remain responsible for consequential decisions, including hiring and eligibility decisions. Services are not emergency response systems; contact the appropriate emergency service for urgent help.
5. Calls, messages, and reactivation
Clients must establish the lawful basis and required consent for outreach, maintain consent records, honor opt-outs, and ensure required disclosures, calling restrictions, and recording permissions are implemented. A past business relationship or possession of a contact list alone is not authorization for every campaign. Campaign activation requires an agreed audience, purpose, and approved workflow.
If you opt into a Leiomano messaging program, messages may concern your inquiry, appointments, service updates, or separately authorized promotions. Frequency varies with the program and your interactions. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for assistance, or contact support@leiomanoinc.com. Consent to marketing messages is not a purchase condition. Delivery depends on carriers and providers; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy.
6. Content and technology
You retain rights in material you provide. You authorize the processing necessary to perform the agreed service. Leiomano and its licensors retain their existing brands, software, methods, and materials. Deliverable ownership and any license are defined in the engagement agreement. Third-party products remain subject to their applicable terms; availability and integrations may change.
7. Availability and responsibility
Website information and demonstrations are provided without a promise of uninterrupted access or error-free operation, to the extent permitted by law. Service warranties, remedies, and liability allocation belong in the applicable engagement agreement. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude. Access may be limited to address unlawful use, security issues, or violations, subject to any governing agreement.
8. Changes and contact
Updates will appear on this page with a revised date. Changes do not retroactively alter signed agreements. Applicable mandatory protections remain in effect; any agreed governing-law or dispute provisions will appear in the relevant contract.
